**Customer Definition**
Customers of icleanauto.com are defined as private individuals or companies ordering services online or by phone. Icleanauto.com is not obligated to verify the ownership status of the vehicle.

**Items Left in the Vehicle**
Icleanauto.com will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to personal items left in the vehicle prior to cleaning. Trash will be collected and placed in a plastic bag inside the vehicle, while non-trash items will be left undisturbed. Our technicians reserve the right to refrain from cleaning areas where items are present.

**Damages and Liability**
Icleanauto.com has the sole authority to determine liability for any damages claimed by the customer. Technicians may take photos of existing damages before cleaning, which will be stored for reference.

We cannot be held liable for any issues caused by materials washed off the vehicle.

Technicians will remove baby seats from the vehicle unless specifically instructed not to do so. However, technicians will not reinstall baby seats after the service is completed. Icleanauto.com is not liable for any damage or accidents that arise from the removal of the baby seat.

**Data Protection**
Icleanauto.com collects and stores customer data related to service orders but does not sell or share this information with any third party.

We reserve the right to take pictures of vehicles for reference purposes unless the customer expressly prohibits this. Customers can request the removal of these images from our records by contacting us online.

**Water Usage**
Our goal at icleanauto.com is to use the least amount of water possible for vehicle cleaning. In cases of excessively dirty vehicles, we reserve the right to exceed the standard 1 gallon per vehicle. Technicians can provide information on water usage upon request.

**Services**
Icleanauto.com may retain the keys to the customer’s vehicle during the service. We will not move or use the vehicle outside the private property where the service is conducted. If services are to be performed off the customer’s property, we will require permission from the rightful owner to enter the property and use electricity.

For additional services (e.g., spot removal, extra dirty vehicles), prices may be provided on-site. Technicians have the right to decline additional services that were not agreed upon when scheduled, or if they believe the service may cause damage to the vehicle.

While our services typically do not require extra space, technicians may refuse service if they determine that insufficient space is provided. An operational electrical outlet is necessary; if not provided, technicians have the right to refuse the job.

In inclement weather where service cannot be conducted, the appointment may be rescheduled or canceled. Icleanauto.com reserves the right to decline orders without explanation.

**Payment**
In the event of a declined or canceled job, as outlined in the “Services” section of these Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to decide whether to charge for the service.

Payment can be made via cash, check, or credit card. To order services, customers must call our contact number or fill out the online order form. A quote will be sent via email, and we may contact you to clarify the order before sending the final offer. Confirmation of the quote constitutes a payment obligation.

**Promotions**
All discounts will be applied to prices posted on our website and rounded to the nearest whole number.
